It’s not often I get around to slowing down and making time for myself. If that sounds like a good idea to you, then Carrie’s evening wind down class is just the ticket. These moon rituals are such a grounding and motivational way to keep my emotions and wondering thoughts and manifestations in check. I look forward to knowing there is a safe space and practice in place that prompts me to check in and dedicate a bit of time to evaluate or plan future goals I might otherwise let slide.
